1. We will arrange the shipment in 24-48 hours after your order and full payment is made. But if your item is unfortunately out of stock, we will inform you immediately and hope you will choose other shoes, if you won't reply our email in time, your order will not be shipped out.
2. Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically, you can check your item status then.
3. We deliver the items by using EMS and it will take 5-10 days for you to receive it. But if you need a rush delivery, you need to pay extra $30 per order then you will get your things in 3-4 days.
4. Free shipping country list: USA, UK, CANADA, SPAIN, FRANCE, GERMANY, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, ITALY, NORWAY, BELGIUM, SWITZERLAND. Items go to Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Iran, Iraq please pay $30 as extra shipping fee.
